A Transformational Opportunity
Vol 1 Issue 8
JUNE 2021
Welcome to Reimagining Sequoia Station, a newsletter highlighting the local and regional benefits the Sequoia Station mixed-use development project will help bring to life.
This month we’re excited to share that we’ve updated our website. Visit sequoiacentervision.com for the latest project application information, new project design renderings, and more ways to stay in touch. Check out our new project fact sheet, stay up to date on recent articles written about the project, or learn how to participate in upcoming project meetings and events.
Greg Wilson’s recent piece in the San Mateo Daily Journal details the refinements the Sequoia Station team has made to the project proposal in our most recent application submittal. This includes an updated set of renderings that provide more detail on how the project will fit into downtown Redwood City.
Sequoia Station will transform an outdated residential shopping center into new walkable and family-friendly dining and entertainment, inviting public open spaces, walkable and bikeable streets that connect downtown to the surrounding neighborhoods, on-site childcare, and a modernized and community-serving retail experience.
